Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Web Logics, we prioritize delivering superior-quality services and ensuring a positive client experience. To facilitate transparency and fairness, we have established a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy:


Strategic Project Planning:
We strategically plan each project, breaking it down into milestones to achieve desired results. The initiation involves a comprehensive analysis and the development of a scope of work document. This ensures synchronization between both parties, minimizing the risk of disputes and promoting transparent collaboration.
Refund Limitations:
Due to the utilization of human resources and time in completing project milestones, refunds for completed tasks are not viable.
Mutual Project Discontinuation:
In the event of a project being discontinued mutually, the client is responsible for the payment of all completed work, and any further development payments are nullified. No preceding payment or deposit shall be refunded.
Approval of Mock-up Designs:
Once the client approves mock-up designs, the payment made by the client becomes non-refundable, marking the commencement of the development phase.
Partial Refunds and Initial Phase:
Clients should be aware that partial refunds for projects in progress during the initial phase are not applicable.
Irrevocable Cost of Services:
Special occasion offers provided by our marketing team are irrevocable and time-bound. Payments made for such services cannot be negated.
Dormant Projects:
For projects that remain dormant for more than 30 days, we do not offer refunds on deposits.
